Community Mediation Services is a free service which can assist in resolving conflicts between neighbors, roommates, tenants & landlords and others. Common conflicts which make for unpleasant day to day living can include:
- parties
- noise
- pets
- property or parking disputes
- overgrown vegitation
- trash or sanitation issues
or any number of other issues that arise between people who co-exist with one another, whether it be on the same street, apartment complex, or in the same home.
Our community mediators are specially trained to provide an environment for each party to be heard and to discuss their point of view, while keeping the conversation respectful and focused on resolving the issue for good. Our mediators assist parties to identify all of the issues, and to brainstorm potential solutions. If an agreement is reached, mediators write it up for you.
